I would have liked the decision your parents made to move to the beach later on.Kristinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06413795611563683135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5753773086042054845.post-68794702534402166172017-06-26T09:32:00.902-07:002017-06-26T09:32:00.902-07:00It always takes me a moment to remember, when Auss...It always takes me a moment to remember, when Aussies talk of doing summer things at Christmastime, that it IS summer 'Down Under' then! Too bad my Mom & Dad waited until all us kids were grown up & on our own before they bought their first little trailer and yet we kids would've been sleeping in tents anyway - the trailer being only for Mom & Dad. But trailer or tent, some of my favorite memories of camping were in my late teens as that's when I met boys on the beach and went dancing in the resort with them at night. Girls weren't allowed at the dances until age 15 so being 17 and 18 was a definite advantage. :)La Nightingailhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04769079547153094005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5753773086042054845.post-57891412869564857512017-06-25T17:14:09.059-07:002017-06-25T17:14:09.059-07:00Your mum should have been a documentary maker! That was such a luxury, I guess. You obviously have some great memories and photos from your camping trips. I especially like the one with the boyfriend's tent off to the side and the story that goes with it.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17863357756727783017noreply@blogger.com
